About this pilot study
Is blood type a factor in EHS?
Is there a biological factor that means some people suffer the effects of electromagnetic radiation worse than others?

Please take part in this survey, which results (by prior agreement) will be worked by a world-renowned Independent Scientist, who will look at if this issue might qualify for a Real scientific study!

It is my impression that many electrosensitives do have the blood type *O* in common. I mean *O-negative*.
Of course, a number do have other blood types, but the type *O* is very common.

Perhaps this blood type is *sweater* than other types, because also tick bytes do happer more often with these.
And in France, many *O* types are bitten by socalled *Autats*, which are very small forest mites, which attack from the long grass. They crawl under the skin to higher regions in the body.

I am 'O' positive.
Ticks - yes, a problem if you get bitten by one.

I hope that a lot of EHS people will fill in the short questionnaire.

Thank you ES.
I also hope they do.
It just might hold a clue.

I am O+ and somewhat ES. I'm also a left-hander for writing. I'm convinced that some left handers are more sensitive too.

Sorry to disappoint but blood group O is the most common so it is reasonable that most sufferers will have O. I am AB.
Blood group O means that it does not have certain antigens, blood group A has the A antigens and group B has the B antigens. Blood group AB has both A and B antigens.
(O has certain antibodies, but shall not go on with this)!

However I have thought perhaps the blood could hold the secret, may be anaemia for example. But I am coming to the conclusion that the predisposition to allergies may be a big factor to developing ES. People with allergies tend to be more sensitive to all sorts of things - dust, food, hot, cold and react excessively - once their bodies become primed.
