5G deployment is a KILL GRID. We must all move into rural areas to avoid exposure as much as possible. ABOVE ALL WE MUST PRAY AND REPENT TURNING BACK TO JESUS CHRIST (God is the only one who can stop this).
2 Chronicles 7:14 King James Version (KJV)
14 If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land. |

| You may simply have a sodium deficiency which causes muscle cramps. A low grade deficiency will give you low grade muscle pain. I am EHS and I take salt when I need to. The salt does not relieve the headaches and the memory loss and cognitive degrade. |

Thank you very much for this Insight. I've always craved Salt (as someone else said, I often crave Crisps!), and I've always known that I have a high degree of Magnetism (I was disappointed as a child when mechanical watches always stopped on me! & I've always been highly susceptible to static electric-shocks).
Since the increasing amount of Masts, Aerials etc around the countryside (I live in a remote rural location), I've been having extreme Dizzy-spells (& stumbling into doorways!) and feeling 'cloth-headed'. I've only recently discovered Farmers' use of high-signal Walkie-Talkies which cover their many miles of land - & which I presume are passing signals through me! (It doesn't happen every day, which is obviously significant.) Also my limbs ache. And I've begun to get serious shooting pains in 2 specific areas of my head. (I don't use a Mobile Ph. & I always keep electrical gadgets Off when not in use.)
I particularly notice the Dizziness when I first get up - so that would make sense in terms of the Dehydration.
I shall make a point of drinking several glasses of water as soon as I come downstairs!
So Thank You so much for this, Rob.

| Many of these electrolytes are found in our food and generally people eat plenty of salt in foods. To separate these out and take them as supplements is probably unnecessary but watch out for symptoms when your are hungry or dehydrated, they could be due to electrolytes as well as sugar shortage.in the blood. I have been watching out for these since I read this section and I think there is some truth in it but I think it is more complicated than just just electrolytes. |

I personally reduce my exposure as much a possible by not using a mobile phone, WiFi, DECT phone and other such gadgets and it largely works and I can put up with a small amount of time in a high microwave (EMF) environment.. In this situation I find myself being drawn to eating crisps, when otherwise I have a healthy diet.

The trouble is that we are constantly told to cut down on salt because it increases the volume of blood and can lead to heart attacks.
My guess would be that you must have been cutting down on salt so much previously for it to have such a positive effect when you started taking salt. And in a normal diet many foods contain salt and does not need to be taken like a medicine or supplement..
However I do think you have a point that salt and other electrolytes help your symptoms I noticed my self it is when I am dehydrated that I feel the presence of microwaves/ EMFs the most.
This also makes sense that people with allergies are inclined to get ES sensitive. Because allergic individuals tend to have reduced cortisol levels, which is one of the hormones that regulates salts (full name of cortisol is mineralcoticosteroid.).
Allergics are inclined to be low in blood serum salts and this may answer at least partly why they tend to be ES sensitive. People with allergies tend to put extra salt on their food.
I have been pondering on the reasons that some people get so ill with EMFs and have been trying to see any connection with toxic substances in the body, but certainly this electrolyte deficiency could be one reason. |

I sincerely hope this works for you. It seems only a very minor percentage of
people suffer from ES overall. I myself try different techniques to block the signals
from reaching me. This seems to work for me, but I still experience symptoms
at times, but not bad. |

Thanks Rob. This is massively interesting!
Build-up of electrical charge in tissue makes perfect sense since grounding (short-circuit to earth) alleviates symptoms in so many reports. |
