Dear Agnes:
Here are preliminary results of blocking of cellular radiation by window films (=shields).
The radiation source in 1st experiment was a wireless phone (900 MHz, Table 1), and the radio frequency radiation (RFR) was measured by a portable AlphaLab (US) RF Field Strength Meter.

The radiation source in 2nd experiment was a Nokia hand held cellphone and the radio frequency radiation (RFR) was measured by Chauvin Arnoux Field Meter CA 43 (ISO 17025 approved).

The results speak for themselves. Most filters may reduce antennae radiation to negligible levels in the house.
