Is there any sort of shielding that one could wear when out and about in a city that is (unfortunately) unavoidable for me?
i'm obviously mostly afraid of man-made energies in my skull, and was told about wrapping special metal foils inside a normal hat, however I'm not sure what would do with the frequencies and energy levels involved.
A friend told me dream-catchers have been shown to help in certain conditions, however I'm not sure even red indians could see wifi hotspots coming :(

Shielding materials and shielding clothing are sold by [1] EMF Clothing, and [2] EMFields in the UK. Wireless Protection sells shielding materials.

Or, you could get things from lessemf if you are in the USA.
Aluminium foil [use the thicker cooking foils] - it will reflect and stop the high frequency microwaves - but your head will get very warm with the aluminium foil under your hat.
Shielding materials - they contain threads coated with silver, ot threads of copper coated with silver.
Headware -
You can buy specially made shielding hats or caps with shielding material incorporated into them.
There are also special head nets [nylon coated with silver] that you can buy that you can put over a hat which cover your face. EMFields do one. Fill in the EMField form to claim so you do not pay tax on it because you are electrohypersensitive.
Lessemf website [USA] was offering 'hoodies'.
If you are in the UK and are ordering from the USA, be aware that the UK Customs and Excise department might send you a bill for import tax before they will let you have the goods.
If you look at the website above you can look at clothing and also read about the shielding properties of different materials. Particularly compare the shielding in the 5[+] GHz region. The higher band wifi is 5.8 GHz.
Beware of devices - pendants, dream-catchers?? etc. - that promise to protect you.
There are no doubt other firms that provide materials - i have given you a few to go on with for now.

Hi everyone just to let you know you can buy EMF protection from a company called QuWave. If you buy from Amazon go on the American Site and you can purchase from there. This company sells all different types of EMF protection guards and is worth taking a look at.

If your house is dodgy wired such as being old then filters can cause a different kind of issue.
This is the problem with electricity it is awfully awkward to attain with clean EMF results since fixing one thing can cause another problem.
Like when I shielded my bedroom window with silvascreen, the room felt nice and the EMF meter confirmed this but another weird presence was experienced that my not so super expensive meter could show.
That is why it is devastating to just willy nilly without public awareness plot 50,000+ masts everywhere in the UK because countering that for your own benefit is stupidly expensive, impractical and hard to do.
That is the beauty of the off switch. All complications and nightmares gone with a push of a switch.
