Well well well....
I've been saying for years that the governments and scientists around the world are probably working overtime to come up with something that will allow this rampant use (and abuse) of electromagnetic radiation and wireless telecoms to continue without the inevtiable repercussions on humans.
Could CRISPR be it?
URL
Nevermind the DNA damage and genetic mutations caused by this use of technology, and exposure to so much EMR, "we can fix it!".

Eric. Can they do this to "Existing Old Humans"? If they could, Imagine a world with No More Crippling Headaches, No more Tinnitus, No More Blood clots, No More "Out of The Blue Infections" No more skin Blisters, skin peeling and falling off your hands, feet or wherever it has decided to reside, No more Loss of Concentration, No more Malnutrition, No more weight-gain even when you are vomiting all day long and the diarrhea is killing you and THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN EVEN GET A BITE DOWN.
And even the New Guys on the Block will disappear, namely the Very Old, but now being re-introduced by the Government and The Wireless Industry. "The One and Only" (only playing for the next 50 years) Scurvy and Rickets!! I do not know what can help the NHS, they are in Big Trouble as it is now, this will surely push them over the edge (not that any of US can use them, they are practically glowing in the dark with all their wireless radiation)
So yes, Eric. We, as the victims, can Very easily adhere to the "Whitehall Treasury Populist diagnoses of "Its All In Your Mind" credentials to Mr. Wesseley, who indoctrinates the government, his Wife, who indoctrinates our GP´s and his poodle Mr. Rubin: Anyone say anything about "Conflict of Interests" Considering, One sets down the Government Wish for profit, as a criteria for diagnosing people severely hurt by "Innovating Technology" which by accident has been "Proven" to be The Biggest Environmental Pollution threat to Humans Ever! His wife spreading/demanding the Gospel be adhered to by UK GP´s and his Poodle Rubin to preach the gospel, and make sure Everyone adheres to it. Of course notwithstanding their involvement (against payment I would imagine) with the Insurance Industry, where Every company (small or large) in the UK has to have a compulsory "Public Liability Insurance" Except one Industry, Guess who are excused So, conclusion again and again "No harm proven" But they wont bloody Insure them, WHY Not if it is So Safe as they say!
No, because the Independent studies, are with "No Government" control and "No Industry Sponsorships" or control, so these are Very Easy to Dismiss. Why I ask? These studies are made by scientists "Who Have Nothing To Gain"! They experience a lot of abuse, whenever they seek official sponsorship from Gov.dept or Industry they are turned down, because of one sentence they cannot comply with which is the Gov and Industry's only concern: "What is in it for me"
And that is where we are today, and unless we can find some "Non-Corrupt" politicians (Big ask I admit) we are still sold down the river by the SHRINKS in charge. Best regards. Agnes

Agnes,
I'm guessing the idea is to stop the major DNA/genetic meltdown that is already in progress through the current generations' children, who have been exposed in the womb, and will carry their parents' damaged/compromised/altered DNA whilst having a nicely mutated version themselves.
It's the medical profession playing God again.
They always think there's an answer to their own self-created nightmares. This concept that anyone can mess with nature is deluded, dangerous and abhorrent. But they continue to do it.
By the sound if it, this CRISPR is their idea of fixing the EMR-induced health and DNA timebomb. The article doesn't make it clear whether adults with existing illnesses will be prioritised (they make the usual fuss about Alzheimers and AIDS being curable), but this is clearly what they've got their focus on....finding an unnatural, scientific way out of this imminent mess.

ericgeneric,
"They always think there's an answer to their own self-created nightmares."
I think that they'd rather cover up than admit they f**cked up - although the cover-up attempt usually makes the situation far worse.
For example, the Danish Health Board will say anything in order to avoid being exposed as wrong. Blanket denial. Always. At any cost to society.
One time tested solution.. sorry, policy is to just treat the problem as if it's the norm. For example, look at defibrillators being installed in schools. When was it ever normal for kids to drop with cardiac arrest? But it's happening now...

For sure; theyre trying to dress this up as some amazing, jaw-dropping piece of science that will turn humanity and medicine on its head, put an end to suffering and illness, and put a hat on the sun.
It's really nothing more than cleverly spun genetic engineering, developed either as a shot-in-the-dark answer to getting around this thorny problem of blanket EMR being fatal for society, or something they planned all along (hence they determination to plough on with this madness and illogical gamble with our lives).
The implications are sinister rather than cuddly.

Eric and Henrik. You are both right.
I can remember an Amazing, jaw-dropping piece of science. Only it never gets talked about anymore, even if it shook the world when it happened, Namely: Dolly the cloned sheep!!
This was to be the answer to all our troubles. And what happened? Dolly was sick most of her life, and the daughter cloned from even worse.
The only person who came clean after this disaster was the scientist, who said: Never again!!
But "Lessons Hve Not Been Learned" and probably Never Will. The only thing different is the new name of the Mad Scientists Experiments.
Best regards. Agnes

Oh but they sound SO sure this time! (Yeah right).
Never ever trust a scientist, especially when they are SO sure.

I can't see that this CRISPR would work. Life is on this planet because it is a white zone protected by the ionosphere, not because of artificial electromagnetic irradiation of any sort ('near field' (direct electronfield, alternating electronfield (alternating manifesting in the explicit of 'matter antimatter' (not good terms))) or 'far field' (cosmonstream ('cosmic rays') or photonstream (also alternating manifesting in the explicit of 'matter antimatter' at usually high frequencies giving the illusion of zero mass and zero charge))) {Sorry for the embedding, human language is linear}. There is more than DNA-damage here; all that ASER (artificial sub-infrared electromagnetic radiation) comes into contact with has energy imparted into it at the atomic level, including the atmosphere, and energised airmolecules is sound-energy, sound-energy primarily in the ultrasonic at the specific originating frequencies with harmonics thereof; this is another source of energy-imparting, but being at the molecular level.
I am suffering not because of a "genetic defect" but because of being irradiated, plus all of the other pollutants of technocapitalism.

(From the above.) Being surrounded by dairyfarming —which uses 1000 litres of water to produce one litre of milk, and uncalculated amounts of electricity and petroleum (all subsidised)— i can see the almost absolute mechanisation of farming, including RFID-tags in cattle and the "necessity" of fast(er and faster) wireless downloadspeeds so that these agro-culturalists can use their computers and shmartphones anywhere (obsessive-compulsiveness). It is said that 90% of waterways in New Zealand are polluted, the primary causes being artificial fertilisers (including urea from which nitrates), chemical biocides, and turpentine (one can see it sometimes, looking like oil, in smaller waterways) from the vast tracts of exotic pine-plantations (mostly of the species Pinus radiata), and this polluted water then pollutes the sea: "clean and green image {for that is all it is, an image a spectacle}".
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The ideology of transhumanism, which is a religion (see http://hplusmagazine.com/2011/05/09/mormonism-the-most-transhumanist-religion/) has been around since at least 1857, and this ideology is, in my opinion, the driving behind the irradiation of this planet; cybernetic organisms (cyborgs) need to be radiationresistant, hence also genetic engineering such as CRISPR.
1830: Mormonism invented; the word 'eugenics' used in the modern meaning; 1831: the theory of evolution invented; 1857: first known direct reference to transhumanism; 1873: ecology (german Ökologie) faked by Ernst Haeckel, who also faked and published drawings of evolutionary foetal development; eventually: cybernetics.
The above are the basis of modernism, then post-modernism (spectacular society; starting (after transitioning) during the First Great European War), with the ideology of 'Progress', and are all derived from two machines: the stationary steam-engine (first the lycombe, then later the watt) combined with the powerloom, the stationary steam-engine having a simple feedback mechanism as a speedgovernor, the powerloom being programmed with the predecessor of the computer punchcard. This being the beginning of technocapitalism was the beginning of the ideology that the World is a Machine, and the creation of the Machine World.
