Not really.
If you are affected by the electromagnetic radiation from the phone and probably also WiFi or other wireless equipment you have in your home or at work, then the only way is to reduce your exposure and cut down on use of your phone.
You can use distance to your advantage by keeping the phone on speaker-mode and holding it away from your body during use. The more distance, the less the exposure.
In any case: keep the phone completely shut off when you sleep and keep it out of the bedroom.
Shut off your WiFi when you're not online. WiFi access-points transmit constantly, even though you're not online. Alternatively, disable the WiFi transmitter in your access-point and connect your computer with an ethernet cable instead. That way you can be online without radiation exposure.
Keep in mind that if you live in an apparment building, then neighbors WiFi access-points may be right next to you on the other side of a wall, but to find out where they are, you need to either talk to your neighbors or get a microwave radation monitor to find them through the walls. Ask if you need advice on measurement equipment.
If you live close to a cell-tower then you might need to electromagnetically shield your home to avoid the constant exposure from it.

Hopefully when you give your body rest from the constant phone & WiFi exposure, you can feel the difference.
