Due to the German study of subsonic "noise" I am looking for information that will lead me to identifying where it is coming from. The noise is that of a speaker system producing very low frequency noise and vibration amplified by the walls of my house. My goal is leveling a lawsuit to prosecute the offender.
Does anyone know how to get started?
No users of this type of equipment is wanted.
