Vodafone have tried to use a legal loophole to get around a planning refusal to erect a Mobile phone mast including a Microwave dish. Claiming they recieved the refusal letter one day late from the planning office. They say that gives them the legal right to put up a mast and without consultation they secretly turned up and started work erecting a mast close to homes and in a natural beauty spot.
